Biographie

Diabetes can bring a lot of stress, especially when you feel pressure to manage everything perfectly. Worrying about blood sugar levels, feeling frustrated with setbacks, or being hard on yourself can take a toll on your mental health. I help adults who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, and perfectionism—especially when managing a chronic condition like diabetes.

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients manage unhelpful thought patterns, reduce stress, and build self-compassion. My approach is supportive and practical, giving you tools to feel more at ease.

I offer therapy for adults (16+) across Ontario, with virtual and in-person sessions in Bradford. If you’re looking for support, visit mindeasetherapy.ca to book a free 20-minute consultation.
